Þverarfjall Road


Road over Þverarfjall mountain in Skagafjordur. The road runs from north of Skagafjordur, just past Saudarkrokur to Hunavatnssysla, due north of Blonduos. The length of the road was 12 km and the quantity was 550,000 m³.


The road was prepared for the Public Roads Administration and the contract value was approximately 2 million $. Work time was from 2000 to 2003.
